Women are always looking for ways to make things better. Don’t take her suggestions as complaints or criticisms, but as her desire to make the relationship or situation the best that it can be.

Belief #2: A STRONG, CONFIDENT WOMAN DOESN’T NEED A MAN TO TAKE CARE OF HER
Truth:
Everyone loves to be taken care of and to feel needed. Even if a woman can fix things around the house or change the oil in her car, she will still ask for your help so she can feel your strength, support and protection. Don’t ever stop asking, “What can I do for you?” because it shows her that you care.

Belief #3: WOMEN ONLY WANT TO CONTROL MEN
Truth:
It’s not about control; it’s about love. When a woman sees a man hurting, struggling or overwhelmed, her goal is to help, not control.
Let her give you a helping hand.

Belief #4: KEEPING A WOMAN REQUIRES A LOT OF HARD WORK, TIME AND MONEY.
Truth:
A serious relationship requires time and effort to cultivate it. You shouldn’t look at it as a burden.
Your wife or girlfriend will reciprocate the effort you put into it.

Belief #5: YOU CAN’T LIE TO WOMEN.
Truth:
Women are extremely capable of picking up moods and attitudes and can easily read body language and facial expressions. Although you may think that you have gotten away with a great lie, she is either letting it slide because she wants to keep the peace, or she is lying to herself because she’s afraid of the truth.

Belief #6: JEALOUSY AND POSSESSIVENESS ARE A PART OF BEING A WOMAN
Truth:
Women are protective of what belongs to them.
They protect the things they value, especially when it comes to relationships. It’s not that she doesn’t trust you; she is guarding the relationship.
You are too precious to her for her to allow anything bad to happen.

Belief #7: WOMEN ARE EMOTIONAL.
Truth:
Women don’t hide their feelings.
They articulate what’s going on in their minds.
There’s nothing wrong with emotions—we all have them. Being in touch with their emotions causes women to be sensitive and caring, and that’s why men love them.

IN PRISON you spend the majority of your time in an 8'X10' cell .
AT WORK you spend most of your time in a 6'X8' cubicle

IN PRISON you get three meals a day (free).
AT WORK you only get a break for one meal and probably have to pay for it yourself

IN PRISON you get time off for good behavior.
AT WORK you get rewarded for good behavior with more WORK

IN PRISON a guard locks and unlocks the doors for you
AT WORK you must carry around a security card and unlock open all the doors yourself.

IN PRISON you can watch TV and play games.
AT WORK you get fired for watching TV and playing games.

IN PRISON you get your own toilet
AT WORK you have to share

IN PRISON they allow your family and friends to visit.
A T WORK you can not even speak to your family and friends.

IN PRISON all expenses are paid by taxpayers with no work at all.
AT WORK You get to pay all the expenses to go to work and then they deduct taxes from your salary to pay for the prisoners.

So what are you thinking!!!!!

Ø Life is not fair - get used to it!

Ø The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something before you feel good about yourself.

Ø You will not make huge money within a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Ø If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Ø Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.

Ø If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

Ø Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Ø In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as many times as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Ø Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you find yourself. Do that on your own time.

Ø Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

One evening a scholar was addressing the participants on the concept of work culture.
One of the participants asked the following question:
I am a senior manager of Materials Department and I joined a big organization 25 years ago as an Engineer Trainee & over the last 25 years I have gone through various experience in the organization. During the initial part of my career, the job was very challenging and interesting.

However, all those exciting days are gone now since I do not find my job any more interesting because there is nothing new in my job. I am now feeling bored because I am doing a routine job.

However, I am living in the same house for last forty years, I am the son for the same parents for over forty five years, I am the father for the same children for the past ten years and the husband for the same lady for the past twenty years!

In these personal roles I do not feel bored.

Please tell me why I am bored of the routine in the office and not in the house?

The response from Scholar was very interesting and convincing.

He asked the executive the question:
"Please tell me for whom does your Mother cook?"

The executive replied that obviously the mother cooks for others.

Then the Scholar said that the mother "Serves" others and because of this service attitude, she is not feeling tired or bored.

But in an office, we "Work" and not "Serve".

Anything we consider, as service will not make us feel bored.

That is difference between Serving and Working.

He asked the executive to consider his work as service and not merely a work!!

This was a very interesting analysis!!

Whenever you put a larger context around your work and see a broader meaning for your work, you will take interest in your work and it will make a very big difference in your internal energy.

Hence Attitude Matters a Lot!!!

If you think you are working for the organization you will get frustrated.
If you feel you are doing a service and getting some service charges you will feel happy.

After all -doing what you like is freedom but liking what you do is happiness!

It is just a paradigm shift that is required!
